Other than being saved by Jesus Christ, the only other field of study that changes, improves, and affects every area of your life, is communication.

In this class, students will be taught two main aspects of communication. The first aspect is public speaking, and the second aspect is interpersonal communication.
 
The first semester will be dedicated to public speaking. Aspects such as the art of language, the power of storytelling, and the importance of persuasion and memory while giving a speech will be covered.
 
The second semester will be focused on small group communication, interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and debate. These aspects will be given to the students in a practical way for daily life application. It will affect the way they evangelize to people, the way they talk to people, and it will also enhance and improve their understanding of God and His role in communication with the created order of mankind.
 
Because of the nature of communication, class participation is highly valued and the majority of grading will be done in class. There will be homework assignments such as: analyzing speeches, gathering information, selecting topics, and interpersonal work. The grading will be based on accumulating the points that are received from each assignment and earned throughout each semester.
