Between September and December students will be working on the first Branches Christmas Show, with a Show Choir “Christmas Spectacular Performance.” Our Show Choir class is performance based where students will learn to prepare and perform a selection of Christmas songs with the incorporation of enthusiastic singing and dancing. We will showcase our class with a final performance in December, before Christmas break, for family and friends to gather, fellowship and be entertained by our youth!
 
This class is extremely popular and is limited to 25 students ranging from 10-17 years of age. This class moves quickly and has a high attendance expectation and commitment. Students will meet every Tuesday from 12:30p.m.-2p.m. and selected Friday’s (dates TBD). ONLY those who can truly make this commitment should sign up for this class… and get ready to have FUN!

ACTING FOR THE CAMERA 
In January, student will end the semester with an On Camera Acting Class follows right after we return from Christmas break, and completes our first semester session. In this class students will spend the reminder of first semester learning and having fun, “Acting on Camera.” Students will have the opportunity to create and act in their own commercials, monologues, learn scene partner work and even direct and record. *This class is part of the first semester performing arts curriculum and cannot be taken separately.

Students must be between the ages of 10-17. Students younger than 10 may audition with Mrs. Castaneda for approval to join.
