No refunds or exchanges 20 days prior to the reservation arrival date.    Customer(s) assume(s) the responsibility to pay for any damages incurred by the County due to the use of the Cabin including the Customers Party or guests. RESERVATION DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET:  1. VALID DRIVERS LICENSE FOR EVERY DRIVER  2. CURRENT LIABILITY INSURANCE ON EVERY MOTORIZED VEHICLE  3. CURRENT REGISTRATION FOR EVERY MOTORIZED VEHICLE, TRAILER, FIFTH WHEEL, TENT TRAILER, CAMPER AND MOTORCYCLES

PARK REGULATIONS: Pursuant to California Civil Code Section 799.20, et seq., and, in addition to the provisions of the San Bernardino County Code, Title 2, Division 8, Chapter 3, beginning with Sections 28.031, the following rules and regulations have been established for the safe, healthful and convenient use of the Calico Ghost Town Regional Park Campground.

1. To gain entrance to the Park and Campground, all entrance fees shall be paid in advance by the registered camper. The registered camper must list all vehicles and members of his/her party, including part-time guests. Please note that guests arriving in their own vehicles may be responsible to pay entrance fees per County Code, Title 1, Division 6, Chapter 2, relating to Regional Parks fees. Each site will be limited to one unit plus one tow vehicle. All vehicles shall be parked in designated camp space or designated alternative location at all times.

2. No person(s) may enter the Park and/or Campground after having been denied entry nor may they re-enter after having their permit revoked by the Regional Parks staff.

3. Mandatory liability insurance and current vehicle registration must be shown at camper check-in. Regional Parks reserves the right to inspect your current insurance card at any time during your stay to assure compliance with the California Vehicle Code.  4. Park management has the right to enter the RV space or land adjacent at any reasonable time without unreasonably disturbing the vehicle owner for (1) maintenance of utilities, (2) maintenance of the premises in accordance with park regulations, and (3) protection of the park.  5. All motor driven vehicles must observe posted speed limits remain on roadway, and park only in designated areas.  6. Riding in the bed of a pick-up truck (or on/in any other vehicle in an unsafe manner) while it is being operated in the park, for any reason, is strictly prohibited.  7. The operation of all unlicensed motor driven personal golf carts, scooters, and pocket bikes is prohibited on Regional Parks property. OHV and/or green sticker-ed vehicles may be operated safely from Section to a designated exit unless otherwise restricted. Joy riding or other unsafe operation within Section is strictly prohibited. Additionally, skateboards, roller skates, rollerblading and in-line skating are not permitted because park roads are not designed or maintained for these purposes.  8. OHV and green stickered vehicles of any kind are strictly prohibited with the Calico Canyon Campground, Sections A, B, C, D, E and F.  9. Firearms of any type are strictly prohibited.  10. All camping fees must be paid in advance. Campers may not camp or occupy a campsite for more than fourteen (14) days in any thirty (30) day calendar period at any Regional Park.  11. Camp only in registered and designated site.  12. Check-in time for camping cabins is 3:00 p.m. and Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.  13. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the following day generators, loud noises, loud talking, loud music and/or televisions are prohibited during these hours. Further disruptions capable of disturbing other campers in any manner shall be prohibited at any time.  14. Campfires are permitted only in provided barbecues or campfire rings.  15. Campsites must be kept clean and free of clutter and debris. Please do not litter. Trash receptacles must be used at all times. No large items, construction or hazardous waste material may be placed in the trash receptacles. Personal trash only will be collected.  16. Fireworks are strictly prohibited.  17. Dogs must be on a six (6) foot leash or confined at all times. Leashes shall not be tied to or attached to any tree or shrub. Camper is responsible to clean up pet droppings. Proof of current licensing and vaccinations is required at check-in.  18. Aggressive animals are not allowed on the Park or in the Campground at any time.  19. Persons shall not remove, destroy, mutilate or vandalize any Park property at any time.  20. NO vehicle repairs are permitted, including OIL CHANGES, to any vehicle on any Park property.  21. Dumping or emptying of holding tanks may only be done at the Campground dump stations or a full hook-up campsite. Dumping in any other area(s) is prohibited.  22. All vehicles, including tow vehicles must be in good running order in case of emergency Park and/or Campground evacuation. Disabled vehicles and bikes are not permitted.  23. No permit holder shall be allowed to use household furniture outside the RV.  24. Screen rooms will not be used as extra bedrooms, and must remain open for visibility and safety.  25. Children, eight (8) years of age and under, must be accompanied by a person sixteen (16) years of age or older at all times.  26. Soliciting, selling, peddling of goods or a distribution of circulars is prohibited. No gainful occupation, profession or trade may be conducted from your site.  27. CAMPGROUND CONDUCT: No registered camper or guest shall perform an act that will create<>or maintain a nuisance or annoyance or which interferes with or obstructs any other person right to the peaceful and quite enjoyment and/or normal operation of the Park. This includes, but is not limited to any unusual, disturbing or excessive noise, intoxication, quarreling, verbal threats, fighting, immoral or illegal conduct, profanity, or rude, boisterous, objectionable or abusive language or conduct.  28. Registered campers are responsible to acquaint visitors and overnight guests with these Campground Rules and Regulations. The registered camper is personally responsible for all actions and conduct of their guests.  29.The County reserves the right to make such other and further reasonable rules as in its judgment may, from time to time, be necessary for the safety and cleanliness of the premises, and for the preservation of good order.    Indemnification - The PERMITTEE agrees to indemnify, defend (with counsel reasonably approved by COUNTY) and hold harmless the COUNTY and its authorized officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, losses, damages, and/or liability arising out of this contract from any cause whatsoever, including the acts, errors or omissions of any person and for any costs or expenses incurred by the COUNTY on account of any claim except where such indemnification is prohibited by law. This indemnification provision shall apply regardless of the existence or degree of fault of indemnities. The PERMITTEE indemnification obligation applies to the COUNTY active as well as passive negligence.

All Customers are Responsible to know and follow all park rules and regulations.
